Welcome to  AFS3D.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About AFS3D

AFS3D specializes in custom-made 3D printed products including:

  • Custom business signage
  • 3D wall letters
  • Name signs
  • Office signage
  • Home decor products
  • Personalized gifts
  • Custom 3D printed products

All products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • You have provided accurate information during the ordering process.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Custom Orders

Most AFS3D products are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate text, names, measurements, and design requirements.
  • Reviewing all design previews carefully.
  • Approving layouts before production begins.

Once a design has been approved, AFS3D is not responsible for customer-approved errors including spelling mistakes, dimensions, font choices, or color selections.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

AFS3D reserves the right to:

  • Change prices without prior notice.
  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Refuse orders resulting from incorrect pricing or system errors.

Orders will only proceed after payment has been successfully received.

5. Production Time

Production timelines vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Order quantity
  • Design complexity
  • Current production workload

Estimated production times displayed on the website are guidelines only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

AFS3D shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Shipping & Delivery

AFS3D ships domestically and internationally.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by destination countries.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

As most products are custom-made:

  • Orders generally cannot be returned after production begins.
  • Refunds are only available under approved circumstances.
  • Manufacturing characteristics inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects.

8. Product Characteristics

Customers acknowledge that 3D printed products may naturally contain:

  • Visible layer lines
  • Minor surface texture variations
  • Slight color differences
  • Small dimensional tolerances
  • Minor finishing marks

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Product photos
  • Graphics
  • Design layouts
  • Product descriptions
  • Website content

remain the exclusive property of AFS3D and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Customer Content

When submitting logos, artwork, names, or other custom content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted material; or
  • You have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

AFS3D shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFS3D shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of profits
  • Installation-related damages
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Customer misuse of products

AFS3D’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

12. Installation Disclaimer

Some products require self-installation.

AFS3D is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Damage to walls, surfaces, or property
  • Adhesive failure caused by unsuitable surfaces
  • Incorrect use of supplied installation materials

Customers are responsible for assessing the suitability of their installation surface before installation.

13. Order Cancellation

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

AFS3D may deduct:

  • Design fees
  • Artwork preparation fees
  • Administrative costs already incurred

After Production Begins

Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

14. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products are sold without any express or implied warranty.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, AFS3D may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer store credit
  • Provide a refund

15. Right to Refuse Service

AFS3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

  • Contains offensive or unlawful content
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Involves fraudulent activity
  • Poses unreasonable production requirements

16. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Information collected may be used for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer support
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Marketing communications (with consent)

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By placing an order with AFS3D, you acknowledge that custom-made 3D printed products are manufactured according to your specifications and that production will commence only after order confirmation and, where applicable, approval of the design layout provided by AFS3D.
