Return & Refund Policy – AFS3D

At AFS3D.com, we take pride in producing custom-made 3D printed products tailored specifically to each customer’s requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
All AFS3D products are made-to-order and customized according to the specifications provided by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Names, wording, logos, and text
- Sizes and dimensions
- Fonts and typography
- Colors and materials
- Custom layouts and designs
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except under the conditions stated below.
2. Order Approval
Before production begins, customers will receive a layout/design preview (where applicable).
By approving the design preview, the customer confirms that:
- Spelling is correct
- Dimensions are correct
- Layout is correct
- Font selection is correct
- Color selection is correct
AFS3D will not be responsible for customer-approved errors after production has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
A. Wrong Product Received
The item delivered differs significantly from the approved order.
Examples:
- Wrong name
- Wrong wording
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color selected
B. Manufacturing Defect
The product arrives with defects caused during production, such as:
- Major structural defects
- Cracks not caused by shipping
- Significant print failures affecting functionality or appearance
C. Damaged During Shipping
If the item arrives damaged due to courier handling:
- Customer must notify AFS3D within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Clear photos and videos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
must be provided.
AFS3D reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or replacements will NOT be provided for:
Customer Mistakes
- Incorrect spelling submitted by customer
- Incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Wrong font chosen by customer
- Wrong color chosen by customer
- Customer changes mind after approval
Minor Manufacturing Characteristics
3D printed products may naturally contain:
- Minor layer lines
- Small surface texture variations
- Slight color differences between production batches
- Minor dimensional tolerances (±2–5%)
These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
Installation Issues
AFS3D is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Wall damage during installation
- Adhesive failure due to unsuitable surfaces
- Incorrect application of supplied adhesive
5. Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement:
Step 1
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Step 2
Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Video evidence (if applicable)
- Description of the problem
Step 3
Our team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
6. Replacement Policy
Where a claim is approved, AFS3D may choose to:
- Repair the product
- Produce a replacement item
- Offer store credit
- Provide a partial or full refund
The resolution method will be determined by AFS3D based on the circumstances.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
If a design process or layout work has already been completed, an administration/design fee may be deducted from the refund.
After Production Starts
Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Shipping Costs
Unless the error is caused by AFS3D:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the error is caused by AFS3D, replacement shipping costs will be covered by AFS3D.

Because every AFS3D product is custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final once production begins. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all design previews, spelling, dimensions, and specifications before giving final approval.
