Thank you for shopping with AFS3D. We specialize in custom-made 3D printed products, and every order is produced specifically for each customer. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our production, processing, and delivery timelines.


1. Order Processing

All AFS3D products are made-to-order.

Orders will enter production only after:

✅ Payment has been successfully received
✅ Design details have been confirmed
✅ Layout/design approval has been provided (where applicable)

Orders with incomplete information may experience delays.


2. Production Time

Production time varies depending on:

  • Product size
  • Order quantity
  • Design complexity
  • Material selection
  • Current production workload

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size
  • Parcel weight
  • Courier service selected

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp (if available)
  • Order notification

Customers may track their shipment directly through the courier’s website.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Recipient name is correct
  • Shipping address is complete
  • Phone number is valid

AFS3D will not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before re-delivery.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, AFS3D cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Events beyond our control

AFS3D shall not be liable for losses resulting from shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.


9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
  2. Contact AFS3D within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows unusual delays or delivery issues:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Replacement or compensation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


10. Delivery Confirmation

A shipment will be considered successfully delivered when:

  • The courier marks the parcel as delivered, or
  • The parcel is received at the delivery address provided by the customer.

AFS3D is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the courier.


11. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For large-scale business signage, corporate branding projects, and bulk orders:

  • Shipping timelines may differ from standard orders.
  • Delivery schedules will be communicated separately during quotation and order confirmation.
